The Master Approved Plan November 9, 2025
The Master Approved Diet Plan has arrived. As suspected, it’s the Michael Thurmond Six Week Body Makeover. He ordered it on Ebay because the Provida people are really shady and love to keep adding things to your credit card without asking and sign you up for monthly supplements without telling you. (NICE, huh?) Aside from that, you can still use the forums and other things without buying from Provida. Anyway, it looks like it will work well but it requires a LOT of sacrifice. A LOT. Let’s talk about it.
No Sugar, added salt, sugar substitutes (for the reduction phase), no dairy, no soy (unless you’re a vegetarian), no oils, dressings, mayos, etc, no simple carbs, no wheat, no flour & No Beef.
So, for my body type, I’m allowed most vegetables, non-sweet fruits, brown rice, rice noodles, oatmeal, millet, lean meats including wild game meats like bison and ostritch. The sacrifice on this plan for me is the sugar.
I do have to eat 5-6 times a day at regular intervals and that’s probably an issue for me, but I can figure it out. I’m actually going to set my Palm Pilot to remind me to eat several times a day.
The Exercise is not going to be an issue. It looks pretty easy, plus I’ll still do my daily stuff like in-home walking and the virtual physical trainer. All in all, I think it’s going to be fun and I made sugar scrub out of the sugar so I’ll be able to polish my skin with it.
We’re going shopping in the morning for more foods that are on the plan.
According to the forums, most people lose 30 pounds within the first month as long as they stick with the plan properly. I’ll be weighing in once every week, on Sundays. I’ve gotten permission to set a short term goal for 30 pounds and a long term goal for 75. Then we’ll go from there. I’d like to get permission to drop a full 100 pounds, but Master doesn’t like skinny girls so likely that won’t happen as long as I can be healthy and a little chubby at the same time.
Because the information in the plan is Copyright protected, I can’t really go into detail about the way it’s structured (I’ve been warned by others who have chronicled their weightloss publicly using this plan), but I’ll be sharing a lot of the vague details as I go. whoohoo! I’m on the way.
